2. Description of Services
XIGNEX provides business process outsourcing services, including but not limited to customer support, technical support, back-office operations, sales and lead generation, finance and accounting BPO, healthcare BPO, virtual assistance, and IT support, delivered from our Cebu, Philippines operations center on a 24/7 basis. Specific scope, seat count, pricing, and service levels for each engagement are defined in a separate signed agreement or statement of work between XIGNEX and the client.
3. Quote Requests & Communications
Submitting a quote request through our website does not create a binding service agreement. It is a request for information, and any resulting engagement is subject to a separate written contract. We may contact you using the details you provide to follow up on your request.
4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate information necessary for XIGNEX to scope and deliver the Services, to make timely payments as agreed in the applicable service agreement, and to comply with all applicable laws in their use of the Services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed in connection with the Services, and to use such information solely for the purpose of the engagement, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the XIGNEX website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of XIGNEX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XIGNEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable signed service agreement.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or Services at our discretion in the event of misuse, violation of these Terms, or as otherwise agreed under a service contract. Termination of an active engagement is governed by the notice and termination provisions of the applicable service agreement.
